(where it all started)
Vitality Habits™ was not built in a boardroom. It was built after a personal health crisis at 31.
I was a mom of two boys under five, working at all hours to be a top performer in an MLM wellness business. My bloodwork read like an 80-year-old's with all the markers for rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. I was being monitored for cervical cancer. I was doing everything "right" but nothing was resolving the deep exhaustion I had to push through each day.
What I needed didn't exist: a system that addressed all dimensions of health simultaneously and consistently - not symptom by symptom, not one area at a time. So I built it.
I reversed everything wrong with my health and, by what I feel was Divine intervention, over 20 experts caught the vision and contributed their knowledge. The result was a holistic system designed to heal what's already depleted, build compounding energy, and prevent burnout from taking root in the first place.
Then I spent years testing, refining, and distilling what I'd built. I lived the principles in real time - balancing family and rebuilding my own health while running the method with clients and studying what held and what didn't - until it became the trademarked system it is today.

What is the Vitality Habits™ Mentorship?
The Vitality Habits™ Mentorship is a six-month, supported holistic health program for high-capacity women. Working inside a private Campfire Cohort of four clients with a dedicated Vitality Coach, you move through the full Vitality Habits™ program — addressing six core dimensions of health simultaneously — with every logistic handled for you. Bonfire Workshops every two weeks, Campfire Connection Calls alternating, and open Office Hours four times a week mean you're never waiting more than two days for live support.
Why does holistic health work when single-track programs don't?
Most health programs address one dimension — nutrition, fitness, sleep, hormones, nervous system regulation — and expect the rest to follow. Health is the integration of six areas working simultaneously: alignment (identity and time), environment (home and products), connections (inner and outer), soul (mind and emotions), body (everything physical), and purpose (the motivation behind it all).
When one is out of balance, it pulls on the others regardless of effort. Vitality Habits™ addresses all six through the 6 Vitality Runs on the Path to Vitality — which is why it creates lasting change where single-track programs stall.
What is the 15 Minute Daily Rhythm?
The 15 Minute Daily Rhythm is the daily method at the core of Vitality Habits™: five minutes to learn, five minutes to reflect, and five minutes to connect. It's designed to build holistic health habits one day at a time, through personal alignment not radical life change. It simultaneously initiates, inspires, and encourages you. In the Mentorship, your Vitality Coach holds this rhythm for you — tracking your progress, drawing you back in when needed, and adjusting as your life shifts.
Is Vitality Habits™ Mentorship a coaching program?
Not in the traditional sense. Coaching typically means a one-on-one relationship where you set the agenda and the coach responds, or a group setting where you listen to someone else's personal issue and all work through it together with a coach guiding discussion. In the Vitality Habits™ Mentorship, your Vitality Coach runs a structured, sequenced program with a private group of four clients. The structure is intentional: it's designed to move you through a complete transformation arc with strategic connection points available to support you when deep things are stirred up personally. A Vitality Coach is there to make the program work for you, not make you fit into the program, and certainly not to expect you to self-guide through it.
What does a Vitality Coach do?
Vitality Coach runs the Vitality Habits™ process so you can show up for the deep work. They hold the program structure, track your progress across all six dimensions of health, lead your bi-weekly Campfire Connection Calls, and are available four times a week in Office Hours for in-the-moment support. They proactively reach out if you fall behind. With them, you're never left to manage the logistics of your own transformation. You focus on the work. Your Vitality Coach handles everything else.
Why a group of four instead of one-on-one?
The four-person Campfire Cohort within the Vitality Habits™ Mentorship is a design feature that we've found to deepen the experience vs a one-on-one program. The cohort creates accountability that one-on-one coaching doesn't — you're showing up for three other women at the same stage of work, not just for yourself. It also creates the conditions for genuine community, which Vitality Habits™ holds as foundational to lasting health change. Connection is not supplementary to the method. It is a vital and powerful component of it.
Connection for us isn't a fluffy claim, it's engrained in everything we do and facilitated at a deep level by our Vitality Coaches. This style of supported growth, with four other women, is the exact structure that gave Carlie Zak and her Ascent Co Partners the deepest transformation personally, and it's what they keep proving through the Vitality Habits™ Mentorship is the most successful way to help women breakthrough.
How is Vitality Habits™ different from an online health course?
An online course gives you a curriculum and an exit point. That's why our clients run through Vitality Habits™ on repeat. The Vitality Habits™ Mentorship gives you a Vitality Coach who runs the process for you, so you can show up for the deep work. They host your Campfire Cohort for six months of structured support and you get to keep access to that space with your tight-knit group of four after the program ends. The method is holistic by definition, the support is consistent rather than episodic, and the transformation is built upon personal alignment.
What happens on the Vitality Habits™ Discovery Call?
The call is 30 minutes, with built-in flexibility. At it's core is a live 15-minute guided experience of the Vitality Habits™ method — so you feel the practice before deciding anything. This isn't a demo, it's your first taste of showing up and doing the work. The other half is simple conversation: your Vitality Coach has reviewed your answers to the questions that showed up when you booked, clarifies where you're at, surfaces insights from your 15 minute experience together, and then you determine together whether the Vitality Habits™ Mentorship is the right next step. If it is, you'll move forward on the call (because, we don't believe in homework). If it's not, you'll leave with real value-added from your 15 minute experience and a new connection!
Is there any obligation or commitment after the discovery call?
None. Whether you join the Vitality Habits™ Mentorship or not - there is no obligation and no homework. The discovery call is the beginning of your Vitality Habits™ experience — not a sales presentation. You'll do real work in those 30 minutes and leave with something you can use. The call exists to help you and your Vitality Coach determine together whether this is the right fit, at the right time, for where you are.
